Perry County auditor files lawsuit over voting irregularities

NEW LEXINGTON -- The Perry County auditor has filed a lawsuit against the Perry County Elections office, crying foul in the Nov. 2 election.

Bill Crane said his Columbus attorney, Michael Kolman, filed the lawsuit against the Perry County Board of Elections, claiming a host of voting irregularities.

Crane, a Democrat, lost to Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder by 277 votes.
